Set deep in the future where humans have managed to adapt to living with strange android called Reploid. Mega Man's arch nemesis Reploid has now been revived and he is on a mission to uncover the source of power behind the powerful Maverick Hunter Zero and harness it to hunt down and destroy your hero Mega Man X5! In his mission he has set a colony to collide with planet Earth and you must help Mega Man and Zero recover the parts needed to construct machines to stop this from happening!
