Set in the strangely familiar time of 2014 Manhattan is rife with deadly crime, with gangsters roaming the streets and killing people! A large company called Gigan Tech decided to create an offshore island to host their offices and create a clean environment, but this has gone horribly wrong and their machines built to patrol the new island are worse than the Manhattan gangsters! You must become one of the elite team of 9 that takes the Batrider floating bikes to blast through the Gigan Tech robotic forces and reclaim the island!
