The ruling and diabetic mayor of the mighty Pineville has been kidnapped and it is up to the awesome Captain Novolin to beat the force of junk food to locate and save the mayor before t's too late. Fight through the streets of Pineville and avoid the evil junk food - like bouncing cookies, massive doughnuts and much more - and help the Captain eat only healthy food to continue his cool fight and save the mayor and town from a junk food overdose.
