After Aero seemingly defeated the evil Edgar Ektor and knocked him off the top of a tower in the first installment it seems the evil Zero caught and saved him from death and now they are both plotting deadly plans to conquer the world! Meanwhile Aero finds a special teleporting machine that can send him anywhere he desires!
