After being slain in 1638 after the Shimabara tax revolt, Shiro Tokisada Amakusa is revived by an evil satanic demon who wants to rise up and destroy the mighty Shogunate! In the amazing Samurai Shodown armed warriors from all over the country converge on this crazy happening to use their weapons to fight it out and defeat the revived demon and save the Shogunate from being destroyed and the country thrown into chaos.
