In the Tetei ruled and mighty city of Central Imperial Capital, the mighty Raoh has died, which has thrown the city into confusion. The Hokuto Army led by Bat and Rin is now assisted by the awesome Kenshiro to resist the evil Tentei and his forces! In the amazing Fist of the North Star you must become the powerful Kenshiro and enter the city to take on the Four Generals of Gento and defeat them, along with their leader, Falco the Gold!
