Description :
An evil race of deadly aliens from the Bydo Empire are launching a crazy attack on your species and you must jump in your R-9a Arrowhead spaceship and fight them off! in the amazing R-Type you must fly through the depths of space and wage a one man war against the alien hordes, blasting them to pieces in whatever form they take! Starting off with the rather weak wave cannon you can soon upgrade to more powerful and devastating cannons!
